Starting a project, saving a draft, editing the RFP, and choosing or inviting Experts do not consume a credit. Automated Owner payment and credit enforcement are not yet active during early access.
Yes. Each verified Owner organization receives one complete RFP publication at no charge when paid Owner billing is activated. The free project includes the same core Kilako decision, WRR, execution, closeout, and review workflow.
No. One RFP uses at most one project credit. Additional authorized Expert invitations, addenda, Clarification, WRR versions, milestone work, change orders, and closeout remain part of that same project.
A separate procurement or new contract requires a new RFP publication and therefore a new project credit. Editing, rebidding, or continuing the same RFP does not create another charge unless Kilako and the Owner intentionally create a separate project record.
Yes. Flex project payments made during the current 12-month period can be credited toward the Owner Portfolio annual price, so an Owner is not penalized for starting with pay-as-you-go pricing.
A Free Expert Account can receive and respond to Owner-authorized opportunities, review RFPs, ask official questions, submit proposals, complete Clarification and WRR work, execute an awarded project, close it out, and receive verified reviews. Kilako does not charge an Expert merely to participate when an Owner has invited or approved them.
